The book that we are covering is “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership” by John C. Maxwell. This book has sold millions around the world and is about to be re-published to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the original book launch. We only have 7 weeks together, so obviously, we won’t be able to cover all 21 laws…

But we will cover 7 - one a week for the seven weeks that we are together.

During this programme, we will explore important leadership principles, understanding that:

  • The laws can be LEARNED

  • The laws can STAND ALONE

  • The laws carry CONSEQUENCES

  • Bring yourself and an open mind to every session. Please remember that we want to start each session promptly, so please aim to be there a few minutes early. This way you can respect everyone’s time and not interrupt the session by arriving late.

  • We recommend that you read the allocated chapter in the book prior to attend each session. This way you will get the most out of it and it will empower you to grow your leadership.

  • We will get you a copy of the book, which we plan to get to you at least 3 business days before the start of the 1st session. We will also provide you with a participant mastermind guide and hot beverages.
